Kinja'd!!!

VW finally sees the light of day. Or at least a glimmer.

The VW (USA) website has sucked for some time, well, always, but it got a lot worse last May when they deleted the "build" option and turned the entire website into nothing more than a referral engine for your own local dealers who obviously know much, much more about what you want than you do. The idea was to make it more like a dating sight. Really. Honest. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Finally, that madness has ended. Not much to it, but at least a build function has returned. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Solution to problem: don't buy a VW, because they suck anyway.

Its still pretty aggravating. I tried building a Golf to compare to my 3 to see how they compare price wise. The Golf had things I didn't want and worse fuel economy and costs more. That's all I could figure out. It was hard to figure out what it came with and then there were basically no options to add or delete. They pulled an Apple and said "this is what you get, like it".
